I went in as a walk -in that desperately needed a new battery. I was quoted a reasonable price & told that it would be ready in about 30 minutes. It was ready in the expected time frame & the new battery is working great. The employee was very professional & friendly.

Rain and Hardy provide the absolute upper echelon of customer service. They put their customers first. My screen broke at the worst possible time and I couldn’t click on or access anything. I own a small business where its success is 100% dependent on my phone working. Whether it’s scheduling clients , ringing up people through square, taking portfolio pictures , ect. Saturdays are by far my biggest day for business and this particular Saturday I had a VIP client and I also was purchasing some real estate remotely that day and had to have my phone fixed before my shop opened and before the real estate contract came from my agent. Absolute worst case scenario timing for me to break my screen. These gentleman did more than save the day. They saved my business’s reputation and prevented me from losing a property I’ve been trying to acquire for months. My phone was fixed in less than 30 minutes and at a very reasonable cost. They also have their own brand of cases that are far better than otterbox and much more affordable. I have no doubt in my mind that Rain & Hardy are what makes Fruit Fixed Short Pump successful. This business should do everything in it’s power to ensure they never lose these gentlemen as they are an invaluable asset in a time where legitimate customer service is so incredibly rare. They literally renewed my faith in the younger working generation. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I recommend Rain , Hardy and Fruit Fixed Short Pump to ANYONE needing quality service of this kind. Thank y’all so very much!

I’ve come in here for repairs on devices several times over the years. Once, another shop told me they couldn’t do my battery swap because it required micro soldering. No problem for these guys though, apparently they have a micro soldering guy. On another occasion, as I amateurishly tried to upgrade my Mac Mini to an SSD and add RAM, I managed to pull up a ribbon cable. Again, a very challenging solder job, and again, these guys handled it. Now today, I came in because I couldn’t get my iPhone to charge. The guy looked it over, then on the spot pulled out some very narrow tip tweezers and cleaned a bunch of lint and grime out of the charging port. No cost and now I’m back in business again. They easily could have charged me like $100 here but they didn’t. This is a very good, very honest shop. I’ll continue to recommend this shop to everyone and will come here for repairs myself. Thanks, guys.

I highly recommend the short pump location. I went in to get my PlayStation USB port fixed. They told me it would be a week. It was less than 24 hours later before I receive the call. I love the service guys. You’re great.

My phone charger broke off inside my iPhone. I was expecting an expensive fix or replacement, however Danny was able to remove the broken piece on the spot and charge me only a small fee. I highly recommend this honest and convenient local business.
