The CPU cooler went out on my PC and they very quickly diagnosed the issue for free and fixed it the next day. It's a very small store but they're very knowledgeable about computers. The other place nearby (Franktronics) wanted 3 days and $25 just to diagnose the problem.

Brandon quickly diagnosed and repaired a complete software failure for my iPhone 12 Pro when another shop was unable to. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained each step. Highly recommend.

Brandon gave me superb service! The battery in my Motorola Droid cell phone had been slowly and steadily dying over nearly a year. Down to about two hours on a full charge. UGH! I handed Brandon the phone and a brand new spare battery I'd located online. He told me to come back in a half hour,. I did and Brandon presented me with a totally resurrected Droid. WOW! Loving my phone again. Getting well over 24 hrs on a single charge. And it was quite reasonable too! Brandon is now my go-to guy for cellphones.
