Was super helpful, kind, got it done so fast I didn't notice it gone! And went above and beyond when fixing my phone without breaking my bank. Also has a warranty on the screen. Definitely will return if I break my screen again.

I recently visited Tech Support Inc. for a back glass replacement, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The man who assisted me was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, I encountered a significant issue with the service. I paid $175 for the back glass replacement, which initially seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, after the repair, I took my phone to Apple for a battery replacement, and they pointed out that there were problems with the replacement. According to Apple, the repair had not been done correctly, and it had caused further damage to my phone. As a result, I had to get the replacement done again at Apple, which cost me an additional $500. This was quite frustrating, as I am not the most fortunate financially, and I had hoped to save money by using this third-party service. While the man working there was extremely kind, the quality of the repair work left much to be desired.

Years ago (probably 5 or 6), I took a phone and a computer here to be repaired. The service guy was honest, did good work, and charged a fair price. I'd definitely recommend.

Tech Support is outstanding. I have fixed my laptop and iPhone there now, and Dave has had my devices ready within a few hours each time. He also stayed late one night to help me figure out my iPhone back-up problems I was having. Great service at a face pace, and with reasonable prices as well! I highly recommend.

had an iphone 13 with an unresponsive touch screen. fixed in less than an hour!! even put a case on the phone. that 90 warranty included is a nice touch as well.
