Wisephone ER - Electronics Repair, Sales, & Buyback.

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro via back market, and when I called my service provider to have it connected, they said it was still locked to the previous carrier. I was able to send it back, to which they confirmed it is unlocked, compatible with my service provider, and there are no restrictions. Just received it in the mail. Great. Call to connect, and I’m told it’s still locked and labeled as a “lost/ stolen iPhone”. I’m trying to get in contact with these people, as this is just not right at all, but no answer. I’m hoping to get a refund. EDIT 12/11: I was able to process the return through Back Market and got a full refund. There wasn’t anything Wisephone ER was able to do to repair it. Please don’t waste your time (or $!!) buying through them. I now ordered mine through Amazon, which offers the same affirm payments.

Left my phone there for an entire day just to get it back with either my sim card swapped out or my sim card reader completely not working. So It says my data is off and yet my Verizon account is still active and I'm still paying for data. I wish there was a negative star button. Don't bring your phone here they don't know what they're doing.
