I contacted HP to install my new HP printer and thought I was dealing with HP!! After spending 2 hours getting my printer online, they offered me a 3 or 5 year service plan which I took thinking it was HP! They now claim that the $549 charge was for their services! They won't itemize my bill and refuse to refund the 5 year plan! So I paid $549 for two hours of work! However, the printer does now work. Moral of this story...ask UPFRONT before engaging the services of USRepairs LLC.

Purchased a new printer Hp Smart Tank 7301 thought I installed correctly but did not so I call the 800# and have 2 very nice and helpful Technician's Nick Brown and Baker Smith so glad you have expert's there to handle problems for customers wish all companies had people like the gentleman. Thought I was dealing with HP Tech. Asst. I asked for my $ back when I found I got sold up on an elaborate security system for about $100 per year but all they did was reinstall my McAfee system that cost $44 per year, and "ryan" started raising his voice and telling me I wasn't paying attention. tried to make a complaint on US Repairs website and it just kept going back to main menu. Found another place to make a complaint and it kept saying all boxes weren't filled in when they were. This is a fly by night operation whose staff aren't the people they say they are, and services are not what they represent.
