I went in to Tech Solution with my phone not being able to charge. It had been dead for a day and half. The team at Tech solutions tested my phone and found nothing wrong with it. They suggested I purchase a new charging block and charging cable. The phone works great now. Thanks Tech Solutions

Took my phone to have the charging port replaced and the repair was done in an hour. Once I picked up my phone the face id was a little buggy and the screen appeared to have very minor warping but everything worked fine for a few days. After that, the screen just stopped responding while I was in the middle of a call. I don't know if the tech who worked on my phone pulled on the screen to hard or what happened but in the future, I am going to use a different repair store that does not fix one part of my phone and break the other.

I don't know, when I got there the guy seemed pretty dismissive of me. I was going there for the purpose of selling my Acer Chromebook and my Alcatel phone. We hadn't gotten to the phone yet when he barely looked at the Chromebook and said "My boss isn't here and I don't think we would buy this type of Chromebook So." I guess his "so" what's his way of telling me goodbye. Not to mention I took the bus so I had to cross two death streets to get there! If somebody else goes, I hope they have a better experience than me but I won't be going back.😕

excellent service!! my chsrger port was broken and i was so stressed, but it was way cheaper than expected and i only paid 25 dollars. he was very polite and professional and i couldnt be happier!! 10/10 highly recommend :DD

Lemme tell y’all, if your phone is messed up, just gone head and come here. The back of my phone was JACKED UP, okay? I have concrete floors and needless to my phone got messed up pretty bad… for a iPhone 14 pro max it was very reasonably priced and they fixed it fairly fast. The back of my phone LOOKS GOOD! Looks like nothing ever happened! Super thankful for this place they definitely have my business from here on out!
