Asked them to take my rig apart & clean it, was charged $70. They at most took a can of compressed air to it by the looks of things. Obviously didn't disassemble it. There's still dust on the fans, GPU shell, & they left fingerprints & specks of something, I don't even know what, on my display panel. Regret taking my computer in for something I could've done in 2 minutes at home.

PC Doctors LLC. Are awesome. Dont go to the big box stores when you can shop local. I went to the big box store and got the wrong item twice. These guys had just what i needed. And even tested it for me before i left. They will be my first pick from now on.

Had my computer service about 6 months ago had a boot lag issue .So i when to them because in 2015 they had a tech that use to service my computer he was great tech i had a lot of respect for him as for as my service goes. Fast forward to 2023 near October my computer had a boot lag that i could for some reason get out of just i was changing my UFIE boot so i can run win11 .So the i remember 2015 service i had before was a amazing .I decided to go back to have my pc not only come out of a boot lag but have win11 running on it .So the issue was not the price the was great for what service i received .the few issue i had was dealing with a very rude lady that handle the phone for them .then weeks later i want to say near the end of November i have got the to pick my pc up .I would like to put it out there i had to order cpu that only took a week for me to get .But when i got my pc home and boot it up not only my fan on my rig was ramped up to the highest settings and i not got my windows 11 update that i was promised to get .To make matters worst i pc shut up on me less then 2 weeks later. I cut my lost and bought a laptop before having the deal what every" you are wrong we are right" mentality. I wish i stay in touch with the guy who service my pc back in the days. Everyone experience different i was hoping that my experience would of been outstand as much i love to support local business.

The whole crew over there is absolutely phenomenal. Responsive on calls. Even try to help you fix the situation over phone. At the end of the day quality doesn't cost it pays. When I have questions it's the first place I go.

Brought my PC in because it kept blue screening and restarting, after troubleshooting I eventually gave up and called these wonderful people. They did an excellent job with my repair and even cleaned out my custom PC removing all the built-up dust. If you feeling hesitant DONT! These people do a fantastic job leaving no loose ends.
