What a pleasant experience. Dylan helped us and we could not have had a more knowledgeable and honest person help us. I had an iPad that needed a new battery and after being told from another company that I may have to wait a month to resolve the issue I was very pleased to have been told by CPR Cell Phone Repair that I could possibly pick up my iPad later the same day. Dylan had it ready for us before closing which was so exciting because we live 45 minutes away and it saved us a trip back. We are thrilled and Dylan was so kind and friendly. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Great service and the guys were very knowledgeable explaining the replacement process. They have a loyal customer here on out. I've had 2 phones that had to be replaced, because I was told the screen couldn't be replaced to to loctite not being able to be removed from Batteries Plus. Wasn't an issue here. Will definitely recommend these guys!

Bring your laptop or cellphone HERE!!!! I can’t say enough how wonderful the professionals (Ed and Dalton) are. They were knowledgeable, quick, and very friendly. I had a weird error on my laptop, and some of my files disappeared. I’m fairly savvy, yet this had me stumped. I made an appointment, and Ed acknowledged that this was a weird issue. BUT, he found the missing files. I was headed home in less than 30 minutes. While I was in there, a woman came in with a laptop that had suddenly started beeping loudly and demanding that she call a 1-800 number. The staff figured that out and fixed it quickly. If you need help with your laptop or phone, bring it here. You’ll be so glad you did! I hope I don’t need help again, but when I do, I’ll be back here!!

WOW! Christian and Ed fixed my Amazon tablet today in less than four hours for less money than the big box store and two other repair shops. They even tried to walk me through fixes before taking it in. Honest, reasonable, and friendly- fast service is rare these days and greatly appreciated. I will go back for computer and cell phone help in the future. They earned it!
