Fantastic experience! Cracked my Note 20 Ultra 5G screen at 8am or so, this awesome crew had it up and running again same day. When I called I was clearly and very politely informed of the Samsung repair policy, the availability of parts, the cost and the time it would take to complete the work. When the quoted time came, I received a text message and a call telling me the repair was complete! Cost was exactly as given. TO THE uBreakiFix CREW AND LEADERSHIP: you are choosing to interact with your customers in a very polite and professional manner! I am impressed - I will highly recommend your business to those in need of high quality repairs from professionals!

I was in full panic mode because I use my phone to work (gig worker). Went to one store and they were closing because of snow storm so I went to Gainesville location. I called them first and was told if I got there in 30 minutes they could fix it because they we going to close early too. I made it and Chris fixed my phone in about 30 minutes! So so so so friendly and helpful!!!! Highly recommend this place!!!! THANK YOU CHRIS!!!!!

Chris was a real lifesaver. We went in with my old Galaxy S21 screen shattered and unable to sign me into anything, which was preventing me from activating my new phone. He was helpful and honestly just seemed really chill and a nice person. We were there with all four of our young kids and it all went smoothly and probably as quickly as was possible. Definitely will go back for any and all gadget needs!

Chris was THE MAN! He got me in and out very quickly with my phone totally fixed. I was in a tight spot with my phone and with a snowstorm no other place could take my repair. Excellent customer service. I stopped by this past Saturday (feb 01) to see if I could get my charging port fixed. Quickest diagnostic ever and turns out it was just lint inside. They were kind enough not to charge me and now I have a perfectly charging phone. Wish I visited here months ago!
