I did a walk in and explained that my phone had a virus. The guy that helped me was very polite. He looked at my phone and assured me he could fix it. Later that same night he sent me a text on my husband's phone and told me my phone was fixed. I would highly recommend this place if you need your computer , phone or other devices fixed.

Had phone camera and light fixed a few months ago and it stopped working. Took the phone back and thought they would make me pay to get it fixed again but they didn’t. Very happy I didn’t have to fuss about it and will recommend them in the future. Thanks

Had my phone fixed in under 30 minutes! Very respectful and answered any questions I had. Will definitely be a returning customer for future repairs!

I've had to use the repair services offered several times over the years, broken screens, dead batteries...so many dead batteries. the prices are fair in this economy, my choices are suck up the cost to keep old electronics operable for hundreds or go into debt to replace them w/ the new garbage being offered for thousands. I appreciate having a store that can repair the equipment we need to simply get through a day. The folks at the uBreakiFix have done me justice for years now.

Although he was nice, I don’t think cleaning a charging port is worth 39$. I feel like I was getting crooked out of a deal so I politely asked for my phone back and told him have a nice night. You can go on Amazon and buy the tool for much cheaper. 30$ worth is not worth cleaning your phone charging port that takes 2-3 minutes
