If I could give even more stars to these wonderful folks, I certainly would! I have used Techs in the Burg for at last five years, and I have never been disappointed! I really do not fully understand computers, but I know I depend on my laptop for several hours of entertainment and communication daily. I would be lost without it! These good people have consistently provided knowledgeable and utterly dependable service each time I have come to them. When I have needed diagnosis and repair, they have excelled. When I have needed advice and assistance in installation, they have never let me down.They are prompt, professional, and courteous. Their prices are very competitive. I would never use anyone else!

Today Monday 12/2/19, I brought in a 4 year old laptop with a recently gravity-traumatized touch screen. Online I had found that it was probably more than its worth to repair, but after reading all their great reviews, I decided to bring it by just in case an inexpensive option might remain. Once he saw the problem, Dave immediately explained that although he's reluctant to turn away business, given the cost and uncertainty of a successful repair, instead it would be in my best interest to just buy a similar laptop today on Cyber Monday. Well, I was impressed with his honest assessment, and will take his (freely provided) expert advice. My thanks to Dave (and Eileen), good folks.

Dave has been supporting my business computing needs for over 10 years. He has been very responsive to my needs, never letting me down when I need him the most. He manages my backups, periodic maintenance, and he has helped me recover from several nasty viruses over the years. Dave has purchased for me a new server, software, and PCs at very reasonable prices, better than I could find online. And of course, all migrations and installations have been handled without a hitch. I can't say enough about his capabilities and his integrity. I took my laptop into Techs In The Burg December of 2020 after being unable to use my laptop for almost a year and a half. They fixed my laptop for me by January 2021 and I couldn’t be happier! The customer service and PRICE was amazing. I will always recommend this place and they haven’t see the last of me! Lol. My brother will be bringing his laptop in soon as well. Definitely worth it
