Wow I used to visit this place a lot in the 2010s and right around 2022 I stopped going. Today 2025 I go in and it smell terrible! Not a clean set up anywhere in the store! Everything is dirty and not an even a decent retro collection. Everything is very over priced!!! Nobody even spoke to me and I was in there for 45mins!!! The Pokémon packs are insanely priced. I’ll never go back there!! Overall the place as fallen apart. Sad to see because I really like this place years ago,

Good selection, little bit overpriced but it’s fully confirmed to be working. What I hated though was I gave them 2 boxes of funko pops, Atleast 50 figures, they said $35, I said no and I was coming to pick them up, I had to pay $20 to get them, I wasn’t that mad though I understand, I run a a reselling too so I understand, what I didn’t like was when I got home, there was about 3 to 4 figures that I KNOW I put in there but they were gone, I live four hours away so I’m not going to go back just to get them, it was only like 3 $5 figures, but I should have checked there to make sure it’s all in there

Just here to keep my review bumped to the top after they lied about attempting to fix my PS3 but never took it out of the box. Hope the 35$ you scammed me out of was worth the review. Don’t bring your console here to get fixed. They’ll just sit in the back for a week, call you saying it’s unfixable, and then keep the 70$ charge. (Got half back at least) Attached were the photos of the box I brought it in. Never took it out after I packaged it. Warranty sticker untouched. Owner never responded because he was wrong and knew it and never made it right.

Drove past this store and immediately got PTSD from my visit last year. Let's break down everything wrong with this store: #1. There's no way they aren't paying for their good reviews. Just go through the comments and notice how the 1 star reviews are the only reviews that have people reacting and agreeing. This store tricked me into stopping by for my first visit because I trusted their high rating at face value. #2. Their absurd, and I mean ABSURD pricing. Probably the worst I've seen on the East Coast. This store is never at "market value", no matter how hard the owner tries to convince you in the comments. You will be lucky to find any retro game that is priced at the actual average on eBay. I almost burst out laughing while in the store because every game was around DOUBLE the averages that you can get them online. I actually feel really bad for anyone who has gotten scammed by the prices here. Especially the locals. #3. The environment is dark, claustrophobic, messy, and unwelcoming. Their counter is comically cluttered by Lord knows what. I mean, you could barely see the employees behind the wall of stuff. #4. The staff. I've seen a lot of reviews that say the staff are very rude. I didn't personally experience that, but I remember the staff being very standoffish, and they made no attempt to at least try to come off as welcoming. I also remember standing at the counter to ask a question, and the cashier didn't acknowledge that I was trying to ask him something for like... minutes. Just weird. #5. The owner / whoever comments on every review. This dude is either the biggest liar in retro gaming, or he just actually has no idea what he's talking about. No, your prices are not "market average" or "a lil higher or lower." Your prices are actually just scams, and I feel bad for anyone who didn't have prior knowledge of the market to know they are getting scammed. And no, sir, I don't want to meet you in person so you can try to convince me otherwise. I've never felt obligated to leave a store review in all my life until this store. Gaming enthusiasts, BEWARE.

I could've cried, when I seen ALL the games and systems I used to have, inside there. Cry, I say! -Regional/Japanese/Modded versions of systems/games -classic game mags -board games & tournaments -original arcade machines -playable systems -custom systems They buy used games and game related stuff, they can "appraise" things of value. The owners are twin brothers, which adds value to the business. My only issue is the prices of things, which gets the side-eye.
