Mo is awesome to work with! I was in a bind with a broken laptop that needed repaired as soon as possible. Mo understood my situation and provided outstanding service to get me up and running as quickly as he could. We had to wait a few days on the part, in the meantime he offered a loaner and went above and beyond meeting me for the delivery of the part on the weekend and was willing to stay after hours, whatever it took to get the job done. He also stayed in communication throughout the week updating me on the status of everything. Very much appreciated, hard to find folks that provide such personal quality customer service these days. Been a couple of months now since the repair and have had no issues. Thanks Mo!

I have been going to him for years, he does good work. But it is not his work I like the most it is his honesty and his willingness to put the customer first. Rather than offer me treatments for tech problems be was straight and said the problem is to the core and I should just get a new computer which he was more than willing to work with me to make to fit my needs and wants. That is why he is the only computer repair person who will ever touch my personal computers.

The only place you should be going in the Burg for your PC needs! Had some issues with my gaming pc I could not figure out, called told me to bring it in that day. He had it figured out in less the 15 minutes. Decided to build a new gaming pc, dropped all the parts off a couple days later and he had it ready to go the next day!
