Heart And Soul Computer

I've been to almost all the PC repair places Fredericksburg over the course of several years living here and at heart and soul computers is where you want to go for any computer related issues. I had a motherboard issue I couldn't fix and with no smugness nor attitude they promptly solved my issue in a timely manner and friendly disposition. I literally cannot say the same for the other two PC repair places I've brought business to the past few years. At no point was I haggled for extra work nor pressured into anything extracurricular. 10/10 business to get anything done PC and or disc golf wise, highly recommend from this old PC gamer.

I called them to ask for some advice and they helped me right off the bat. Gave me better info than HP did. Had issue with Graphics Card power and they suggested and sold me the right adapter that worked well. I am very appreciative of all the help. I will definitely be going back when I have computer needs! Thanks guys, for all your help!

They completely destroyed my computer and refused to reimburse me for it. I had to bring it back to them 4 times and they still didn't get my computer working properly. They ruined 2 motherboards (and might have ruined my CPU) and didn't give me my money back for either of them when I asked for a refund. That's $400 worth of damage that they refused to pay me back for. They also installed my water cooler incorrectly. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GO HERE!!! Also, all of these 5 star reviews must be fake because there's no way they can be real. These people have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

I got a quoted price to repair my computer..and once he got into it, I know he did a LOT more work than what he originally based his pricing on..but..when I picked up my machine..he honored his original pricing. That doesn't happen..ever. Thank You!!

The first guy broke my computer, didn't know what was wrong with it so we were trying alot of different things power supply, motherboard and then finally realized it was the cpu, so long story short Jacob was working on it and broke my motherboard when trying to diagnose it I get a call from him and he said it was the cpu and I would be better off just buying a new PC, so I called and spoke to the owner and he said he could get a new or used cpu and it would be cheaper so I said sure this is where I find out my motherboard is broken he calls me a few days later and says the pins are all crooked and broken and the cpu wouldn't go in. As they are the only ones who worked on my PC he calls Jacob and he said it was like that which is not true so he calls me back and says well I will go half on a motherboard but you will have to pay the other half AFTER his employee broke it. So a few days later he gets the new motherboard and pops his shop cpu om and says yep you need a new cpu after he tried mine to. My PC has been there for about 3 months and he started working on it late January then he was like I can order a new cpu for you but you have to pay for it up front. Sorry but your employee broke my PC and you want me to pay for parts up front no thanks. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR STUFF BROKEN EVEN MORE AKD THEY CHARGE YOU TO FIX THERE MISTAKES. Update: I have call logs proving my calls to this company, I didn't say they broke my cpu they broke my motherboard and you offered to pay HALF of the board.
