Experimax Fredericksburg proved themselves knowledgeable and trustworthy while providing me with exceptional customer service! My Apple Watch literally fell apart on my wrist and I feared I would need to replace it, but I visited Experimax and they identified the issue, took the watch in for service, ordered the parts and kept in touch with me throughout the process! My watch is back on my wrist where it belongs and the repairs were affordable. Finally, the service inside the store was outstanding - friendly, respectful, smiling people. I recommend this place highly for any and all Apple device service!

I just went in today to upgrade my iPhone and the service was exceptional. It was a fast and painless switch - all of my pictures, contacts, apps, and notes transferred over with no problem. I’ve also taken a MacBook in to these guys before and gotten the hard drive replaced which, again, was a very painless process. The service is always fast, the staff is friendly, and the warranties can’t be beat! Cannot recommend this place enough.
