Colt is the best. Explains everything that is going on so I can understand. Prices are very reasonable. Been taking my computers there for years. I even bought a refurbished desktop from him for my dad years ago. It lasted for years. I would never go anywhere else.

Fixed my problem. Nice to work with. I will return when needed. I returned today 9/10/24 wife's computer had a problem. Always nice to talk to the man that fixes STUPID computers. Mine was fixed within 3 hrs. His service is always good and as fast as POSSIBLE. Thank you

Not only do they fix stupid computers, they fix helpless users as well! As a senior, I occasionally struggle with tech issues on my laptop. Colt has been so gentle, understanding, informative, and encouraging with me, getting me out of trouble on several occasions, suggesting programs and apps that are beneficial for my use, and setting up my new laptops as I've begun using them. When I've had to leave my laptop for service, the turnaround is always quick. He will answer a simple email question to save me a trip to Forest, and always lets his customers know when he will be out of pocket for a few days. I can't imagine having enjoyed "computing" as much as I have without knowing this reliable resource is available. Thank you LynLinks!

No one likes when their electronics fail them. Especially when you don't have the knowledge or experience to even attempt fixing them. Thankfully, Colt has both the knowledge and experience to turn a typically negative situation into a positive one. I was thankful for his speed and efficiency when fixing my PC.
