uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

I am really hard on my phone and these guys are great at helping me out when my phone breaks. They are knowledgeable and courteous. They are also willing to give straightforward advice which I appreciate. I've visited this store several times over the years. This week, I was assisted by Judah and Julio, and they were both great.

I came in for a quote to repair my phone screen, they quoted less pricey than i expected so i asked to get it done asap, Julio at the desk said it would be about an hour to repair, so i went to go order lunch but as soon as i put in my order they called saying it was ready, about 25 minutes later. super fast, the phone came back looking brand new, and works great. Julio was super courteous and very patient and helpful with all my questions. Most definitely recommend getting your things fixed with this team, if i could give 6 stars i would!

The staff at this location are generally very nice, competent, and professional. However, the quality of service is somewhat variable - I had a phenomenal experience with them getting my Pixel 7 Pro fixed; they went above and beyond while honoring a warranty repair. But on the other hand, my sister had no end of trouble getting her Pixel 6a fixed - she had to go back 3 separate times due to incomplete repairs, and I had to step in to make them honor their warranty - though admittedly that was 2 years ago. In general I still recommend them, but be prepared to fight if you run into an issue.
