Staples

Service was awesome. The young man’s name was Jorge I think. First helped me save $15 but showing me the promotion with the app. Love free money. As I was talking a minute to sign up, I noticed he took another customer at the other register. He was courtesy when he told me “take your time, though”. Lastly, I appreciated him letting me know the ways that Staples recycles and gives points for certain items. I knew a couple but he was very helpful in understanding more. Great service will always set you apart! Thank you.

Their promised print times are a lie. I ordered two posters at 11am on Friday and was promised same day pickup. I went to pick them the next day (Saturday, over 24 hours later) and their response was "they'll be ready later today." No, they should be ready now. So instead I stood waiting in the store for nearly an hour so their manager could figure out how to operate the printer and make them for me because their copy/print employee had just left and the next employee hadn't shown yet. This is the second time I've shown up to pick up an order that wasn't ready well after the time it was promised. If it's not possible to meet deadlines because of staffing, they have an obligation to contact customers so I could have figured out something else. I miss the Arlington Staples so much. I never had a problem there.

I was very impressed with the store. I found everything I needed rapidly. It is very organized. The clerk was very professional and personable. I was in and out in just a few moments and the price was very reasonable.

Rude staff, liars! Never ever recommend this Staples store to get a product. The old guy starts my billing and as soon as i show him the Amazon screen and request for a price match (which Staples does), he lied that the product is not available and trying to save himself in front of other customers in the line, started shouting that it’s an Amazon Prime rate (and he meant was Prime rates are different). I do not even have Amazon prime, there was all the product information for you to check in your screen. Worst experience so far with any Staples store out of like 50 of them i might have visited for work. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND

Customer service at this store is nonexistent. Our Christmas cards were printed horribly and we were directed to the "manager", who was working the register. Manager didn't seem to care at all about our issue. Location is criminally understaffed and the employees that are working are rude and dismissive. Avoid this location if possible, it is genuinely worth the extra driving to the next closest Staples if you want actual service. Very disappointing.
