PC TEK COMPUTER REPAIR

I am gonna give him 1 star. My laptop was broken I went there on Friday afternoon and he told me gonna be fixed untill Saturday afternoon. On Saturday I called him he told me I want more time I will call you back in 1 hour . After that I called him but he didn’t pick up the phone. On Monday morning I called him he told me its not ready yet. I will fix it before 12:00 I called him twice but no response. Today is Wednesday and I got my laptop like this They fixed the bracket but frame part is still broken 🥲. Never Never Never go to this place wasting of time and money.

Definitely a little shady to get to, but these guys know what they're doing, and get things done quickly. If you're in a bind and don't want to deal with bureaucracy this is the place to go.

This guy is probably paying for reviews. I called for an appointment at 1:50pm. He initially said it "should work" but then said 2pm since the techs already left. I get there at 1:57 and though the door sign says open it was locked. There wasn't anywhere to sit so I stood around until after 2:15. He said that on the phone he said 2:15. Well as long as I get the tech support not a big deal. I know a decent bit about computers and had been using the Command Prompt and Powershell to overcome an intermittant network connectivity issue which had recently worsened. He seemed honestly interested in helping but he didn't understand when I could not replicate the issue. Since it was an intermittant issue the issue would not always occur. He said exactly "there's nothing to fix." I was then able to replicate the issue. He had me fill out a ticket myself on my cellphone. At other repair shops I've been to I've never had to fill out a ticket myself. He was annoyed that I submitted the ticket twice (even though his website is not mobile optimized so the confirmation message is not visible). As the last step I explained to him I had another keyboard language installed (another shop I had interacted with had an issue with that so I made sure to mention it). Apparently he thought I was talking down to him and he told me he didn't want to do business with me. I asked him how I could apologize and he said he just didn't want to do business with me. As I packed up my stuff I said I was just trying to help. In return he told me sternly "Get out of my shop!" Since he did seem like he wanted to help and was probably having a bad day I give him 2/5 stars.

It was a pleasure to find a new doctor for my computers. He was very responsive to my kinda different needs that he had to get creative in order to resolve. I highly recommend him to you for any personal or small business needs.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. Friendly too. :) Rebuilt my laptop for a reasonable price. We discussed all my options and needs beforehand so I didn't spend money on upgrades I didn't need. Responds promptly to questions and requests. Now, 2 years after he rebuilt my laptop, I had an error message about my fan and he called me to discuss. Great!!
