This place was a little tucked away, but I chose to take my cracked phone there because of the reviews of fast and good service. It’s in the back of the strip mall of mostly Ethiopian businesses. A lovely, friendly shop cat greeted me at the door, and the woman who helped me was warm and friendly. She took my phone in the back and sorted everything out so fast! Would definitely come here again. Far better neighborhood vibes and customer service than any Apple store.

So I needed my phone to be fixed ASAP and I looked on tik tok and saw their page and I went to look at their reviews and let me tell you, all the reviews are real. They were so quick it toke less than an hour to fix my phone! What's even better is their friendly amazing cat their CPR is truly a great place to get your phone fixed!

Went in for a phone repair. Was told part should arrive late next day. Never heard from them, I called two days later and was told they would call when part arrived. Waiting over 1 week, I never have had any other communication with them. Too bad, most reviews I read are positive. I had high hopes. UPDATE They did try to contact me but called the wrong number. I will take my phone in for repair. UPDATE I took my phone in for repairs, and it was repaired in under 45 minutes. I'm now a satisfied customer.
