This was one the most unfriendly businesses! The way I was spoken to was unbelievable. I should have know when he was short to me on the phone . I called and explained to him what was happening with the laptop and he said he would have to look at it to see if he could fix it. When I arrived there was no acknowledgment to me or the laptop just start basically aggressively telling me that it was junk and I just need to buy a new one. I really do not understand why he was not honest to me over the phone. The yelling I received was uncalled for and there are some many way he could handle speaking to me. Since leaving I have found another business to repair my laptop.

Charged me 150 bucks for installing and uninstalling a couple programs. Now my computer doesn't work at all. This guy doesn't know what he's doing. I recommend watching YouTube. You can find someone competent to help you for free. He's also rude so yeah I'd say I'm dissatisfied.

I recently went there to have them work on the OS and install a drive for me it was my fault that the drive failed and the OS that I have is an older version so it didn't work they're super nice and even volunteer to reinstall a new version of the os that I purchased from Amazon
