The Print & Marketing services here are great. I love working with Julia. She is a true professional. Julia is always upbeat, friendly, and very helpful. She recognizes her regular customers and greets us by name. Last night, I submitted a large print order after hours online. This morning, she ran the entire order and had it completed before the store opened. I will continue bringing my business to this Staples location.

The employees at Staples were phenomenal in helping me find what I needed, and in not making wait in the line to pay. The product I was buying was the last one they had; but it was not on the floor. The employee got up on ladder and found the product for me. Then he proceeded to the checkout area.

I’ve used this Staples for Amazon returns, but they consistently delay sending packages, causing Amazon to recharge my card. This has happened three times, forcing me to deal with Amazon customer service to get refunds. I won’t be returning—save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Cashier refused to greet me before check out. Very rude. I bet if we had the same skin tone, he would have spoke. Never shop where you’re not welcomed.

Worst service. One person managing returns and cashier job. That too he is doing a snail speed. Casually walking and scanning. It’s ridiculous to wait 30 minutes to return with no queue. I would not recommend any Amazonians to use this staple for returns.
