Amazing and speedy repair! I submitted an online estimate for my MacBook that was giving me a startup issue for almost 1 year. I got a quick response to what my issue could be and was provided quotes for parts and labor/installment. I was able to drop it off for a repair within a week time! My MacBook is working like new! Very happy with my experience!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I needed the hard drive replaced in my laptop with an Solid State Drive. MicroCenter wanted to do a lot of work that didn't need to be done (diagnoistics - I already knew what was wrong) (data back-up - I already removed all of the data) and charge me for those uneeded tasks so I went to Fairfax Computer Repair. The Owner|Proprietor listened to my request (install the SSD I bought and intitialize the system - i.e. install WIndows 10 and set a password - so I can install MS-Office) and carried out the work I asked for at 1/2 the price that MicroCenter wanted (!!) and with a 1-day turn around (!!). The only (minor) caveats to the service are (1) the number of the building (4015) is on a sign perpendicular to the street and is easy to miss, so go by the picture on Google, and (2) that the shop door is at the back of the building; if you enter throught the frront you'll need to go down the stairway to the left to get to the office (#5). I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

I needed my MacBook Pro screen fixed. I put it off for a year or so, but quickly fixed it with Raul (about 3 days). From inquiring to ordering the screen and the one few hours of labor. I was extremely satisfied! The price was the best and communication was A1.

Raul brought my laptop back from the dead and saved me hundreds of dollars. He worked efficiently and gave me proactive updates at every step. He even gave me a discount because a repair took longer than expected, even though the delay was not his fault. I will be returning to his shop again if I have more hardware issues.
