I had a positive experience during my recent visit to pick up my order. The check-in process was efficient, and an associate promptly verified my order, ensuring that my product was brought out swiftly. The store is quite spacious, featuring a well-organized display of products akin to other Apple locations, complemented by large windows that allow for a generous amount of natural light. Additionally, I found ample parking available outside. Overall, it was a pleasant visit.

I stopped by the Apple Store over Thanksgiving weekend to upgrade my phone, and I have to give a big shoutout to Elias for helping with that process. I've been to Apple Stores before, but this experience was different. He made everything so easy and less stressful He really knew his stuff he explained all my options clearly, answered all my questions, and even shared some cool details about the store and some new features. It turns out it’s a new location, it was a very pretty store and he showed me how well designed everything is. Elias was super friendly and easy to talk to. It felt more like chatting with a mate than dealing with my tech upgrade. Thanks for making my holiday shopping so much easier! 😁

The new store is nice, and the staff were great, but the manager, Sarah, completely ruined the experience. She showed no customer service skills, which is shocking for someone in her position. My phone was covered under AppleCare, and the Apple silicone case was still under warranty. The associate helping me was fantastic; they handled my phone’s hardware issue well and were replacing the case because it was sagging, a known workmanship issue. Then Sara stepped in, barely listened to my explanation, and immediately dismissed it, claiming it was “physical damage” and not covered. She didn’t even try to understand the situation. It’s incredibly frustrating because we pay a premium for Apple products expecting excellent customer service and for the warranty to stand behind their products, but that wasn’t the case here. For such a nice new store, the management was a big disappointment. Honestly, she came across more like a Karen than a professional manager.

I wasn’t too impressed with this location. There seems to be a lot of employees who lack experience and have poor communication skills. In my situation, I tried showing the employee my email confirming what Apple said to do, and she didn’t really take the time to look thoroughly into it. Luckily I was able to “better” explain what I came the store to do and she finally understood what do so. I will most likely not come back to this location.

I had quite an inconvenience today while at work. my brand new iphone 16 pro max went black screen on me and i was panicked because i cannot be without a phone, especially because of my job. i was able to get in for an appt for 2:45 and as soon as i walked in my day was instantly made better. everyone was so kind and welcoming and really seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me. Scotty was great & was very personable, while also constantly reassuring me that my phone would get fixed and i would be leaving with a solution. I did need a repair that would take over an hour and when i told him i was just going to sit in the store and wait he began recommending things i could do to pass the time while i was there. he ended up convincing me to sit in on some free courses that they had going in the store to help educate on Apple Intelligence. I decided to give it a shot & that was where I met Dakota! Omg Dakota is GREAT 😂😂 His personality is top tier. He definitely needs a raise ASAP.. they both do really. I felt like mine and Dakotas personalities meshed together so well and I could tell that he really enjoys his job. The dancing, the jokes, the laughing, and the genuine interest in making sure I was learning in the class was all just great! This store is amazing & you all definitely have some irreplaceable members on your staff! I love the new location too! Very cool! Thank you all for your help today! I’m so happy to have been able to leave with my phone fixed 🙂
