I have been coming to Gabe for years with my father for our computer related needs. Gabe doesn't mess around and takes no bs. If you give him bs he's not going to put up with it. Plain and simple. I have gotten a few computers from him over the years and they have run flawlessly. I have also gotten gaming computers built by Gabe and they work amazing as well. I have had no problems with my computers period. If a problem does arise its not of wrong doing from Gabe but shitty Microsoft. Keep your antivirus up to date and listen to Gabe. if not, it's your fault for the mishaps and things not working properly etc. My business go's to Gabe strictly, as I don't want some smock going into my computer unless its him. Hands down the best man for the job in keeping your PC running fast, virus free, and working as intended. Don't be some random guy trying to get a Graphics card fixed if its broken. My experience with Netcompcs has been fantastic! I came in intending to get a basic gaming computer. Gabe took his time reviewing some of the computer parts and did an outstanding job explaining each interface and component of the computer. As someone who does not know much about computers, Gabe ensured that I understood! He also respected my wishes. He built a tower of the color of my liking and installed Windows software 11, which I am incredibly thankful and enthusiastic about! The results were terrific. I came into the shop and was blown out of my mind by how well-put-together the gaming PC tower looked. The cabling management was on point, and the running components worked smoothly. I am impressed with his quality of work! I recommend this place.

The gentleman that answered the phone was rather rude, practically rushed me off the phone, and definitely gave me the impression that he considered me a bother. I called in about having a graphics card tested and he told me I was asking him to open up a nightmare. When I explained that it's overheating and I had already narrowed it down to one of two things, he told me "just replace it, the prices have come down" as if people just have a thousand dollars sitting around, then tried to bluff me about "there are virus's that can cause it to overheat" (this is true but not very common). I mean come on, either the fans are getting power or they're not, I just don't have the equipment to find out. All I wanted to know is if I could save this card or if it's beyond help (for those wondering, if the fans are getting power, it's the motors that went bad and they can be replaced. If it's not getting power then something internal went bad (probably not serviceable) or potentially a virus. I just want to figure out which before throw out a thousand dollar part) Look, he isn't required to accept my work. I'm not upset about him turning me away. I'm upset about the rudeness and the flagrant attempt to blow smoke up my rear. I'm upset that when I asked if he knew anyone else nearby that might test it instead he told me I was "bringing him a nightmare". And I'm upset that he made his mind up about me before he even asked for details. I see that he has many great and glowing reviews, so maybe my experience is just an outlier, but the guy practically hung up on me, and he clearly just wanted me to go away. Now I have to summon the courage to call the next shop and HOPE they don't treat me like I'm already a problem before I even walk through the door.

This guy saved my laptop! He cleaned her up inside and out and even installed a really good quality ssd drive for me. He also gave my baby a speed boost. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you have any kind of computer trouble, this is the guy to go to. Thank you so much Gabe

Gabriel has spent hours getting a new computer functional immediately after the Geek Squad had "upgraded" it and pronounced it functional -- but it didn't function. Cleaned it of assorted viruses. Improved security. Educated me (a real innocent to the computer world) and been very patient as I tried to catch up. He earned every one of the five stars .. and then some!
