Geek squad made an error in scheduling for a technician to come to my house for a repair. In an attempt to resolve the error, I called the 800 number. After 40 minutes, I was told that I would have to wait two weeks to get another appointment.

I had a major problem with my laptop, the online customer support agent referred me to Geek Squad at Bestbuy Colonial Heights VA. I took it to Geek Squad and there I met Anthony M. He's the technician who diagnosed and repaired my laptop. He's an amazing young man who's genuine in his approach to customer service, he was articulate, knowledgeable, skillful and helpful. I really appreciated the time he took to answer all my questions and I'm ecstatic that he was able to repair my laptop. He's one in a million!!! I left my phone to have the screen fixed. When I returned for it my photos and google photos had been opened. I tried calling to speak to somebody about what happened and I keep getting hung up on and transferred.
