I visited another repair shop before coming here and they quoted me around $500 to fix my laptop. They also didn’t have the necessary part in stock and were unsure when they would. Since I need my laptop immediately for my finals/projects, I decided to come here instead. They repaired it for just $160 and although it took a week to get the part mailed in my laptop now looks brand new. The employees were also welcoming and helpful. The only downside was that they had to remove my stickers, which was understandable.

I had an excellent experience at the Colonial Heights, VA location. I arrived at 5:32pm with my daughter’s severely cracked phone screen and was helped by Erica. Erica was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Despite being told it might take 1.5 to 2 hours, I was surprised to receive a text at 6:14pm that the repair was complete. The service was fast, affordable, and efficient; and Erica’s professionalism reassured me throughout the process. I will definitely be returning to Fruit Fixed for any future repair needs.

Fast. Thorough. Efficient. Took less than an hour to get my battery in my iPhone replaced. Phone back working like new. Good price too & service came with a 1 year warranty. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I went in this afternoon, as my iPhone took a nose dive off of a roof. The screen was shattered and my phone was slightly bent (I had an Otter Box on it). I am pleased to report that Robbie was super helpful, able to diagnose my issue, and promptly fix it. He asked for 45 mins and it was done before that. Price is more than fair, and well worth the data stored on my phone. I would recommend and do business with this company again, although I hope that I do not need to. I do not give 5 star reviews lightly, I hope that Robbie will get a raise, he deserves it!
