I had an amazing experience at UBreakiFix with Nelson! My phone screen was completely shattered, and he took care of everything quickly and professionally. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My phone looks brand new, and the service was top-notch. Was overall stellar. Came in I believe around Early April 2023 to get a puffy battery replaced and they were really good. People were nice, Explained stuff really well, got it done same day, and I haven't had a single battery issue since I came in and got it replaced with them. You lot have earned a long term customer, I will for sure come here whenever I need a repair on a device that y'all will cover.

Got my battery replaced through a Google warranty issue, they responded quickly and got me in and out same day. When there was a problem with my screen afterwards (Which I was warned was a possibility with my particular situation) it got taken care of immediately. Overall very pleased, the team was quick, responsive, and professional.

The young men that were there yesterday were friendly, super polite, beyond respectful and very professional. Despite not being able to solve my issue, they went out of their way to try, the young man that helped me, did everything he could to get what I needed out of my device, it was too damaged and not repairable to access the information directly through my device. He was so sweet, he was determined to try everything possible to access the info. I 100% recommend these guys for all your tech repair and they help with insurance as well!

I had a terrible experience with this store. I got my phone fixed here a month ago, and it promptly broke again a month later. When I called to explain the situation, I was told they would inspect the phone and either not charge me if it was their fault or only charge for the part if necessary, not the labor. I went to the store, signed an agreement reflecting those terms, and was told to come back the next day to drop off the phone. However, when I dropped it off, the associate took my copy of the agreement, threw it away, and said they’d call me later. When they finally called, after already having my phone, they said they would no longer honor the signed agreement! This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unprofessional and unethical. I regret ever trusting this place with my phone and would strongly caution others against doing business here.
