Sent in an original Xbox One X (2015) for some board repair. Some part of the 5V rail was acting up, but I didn't have the expertise to buy parts or work on it myself. Was with them for about two months. Like everyone else- all I got were excuses. When I got it back, it wouldn't even boot for a second like it did before. At least I didn't pay for it. UPDATE: Took an old Bulova travel clock there to brazen the positive battery tab around mid-December. Haven't heard anything from them. I'm gonna call and see if they've actually touched it. The wife said he's been having health complications and hasn't been at work since then. Hope he's doing okay. Staff is generally very talkative and friendly.

Would not reccomend. I’ve had 2 cameras repaired by them. One was in for 3 months (I was told would take a month maximum) and didn’t ever get repaired (I had to pick it up after getting excuse after excuse as to why the work wasn’t completed) and my other camera THEY STILL HAVE! I never got my second camera back from them. Bought a camera to record my senior year of college and now it’s ruined because of this establishment! I would absolutely NOT reccomend getting any work done here on a video camera, their track record is horrendous. The staff are incredibly friendly, however the lack of work and help completely ruins the experience regardless of how kind they are.

Has had my TV to repair for about a year and a half, and every time we call there’s a different excuse for it not being finished. My husband has even made several trips to the store and also received a different excuse every time. We finally just gave up and had to purchase a new TV. Very unprofessional.

Very friendly family! Fixes my ECM for only $10 bucks, due to them getting a little behind. I wasn't in a huge rush, but he insistent I didn't pay more. Highly recommend for repairs and I will be going back.

Great service. I couldn't find any other computer/monitor repair shops that do board level repair. They fixed the inverters in both of my monitors and the seem to work great! Thanks
