Brought in my iPhone for the screen to be replaced a few years ago, then just recently had them repair the headphone jack in my mom's iPod touch. They do professional work and can normally fix products same day, but will let you know if you need the drop the item off. I will continue to use them to fix my electronics in the future!

Got my screen replacement done on August 22, today my phones edge cracked by itself and the bottom of the screen quit working. It made a pop sound when it happened. Called and asked about a warranty for the screen I just had replaced and was denied immediately because it is cracked. Highly disappointed. I paid a good amount of money for this screen replacement and got no warranty apparently or even concearn to get to the bottom of why my phone did this.
