Polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was building a computer, but forgot to order a part. This guy had it in stock for a competitive price and knew exactly what I was talking about. As someone who works in IT for a living, this was refreshing and awesome. This guy will be first on my list for local parts, and I'll send my family and friends here from now on.

I purchased a refurbished laptop. Within 2 days, the microphone failed. I could not hear any sound. Brought it in, fixed in a few days. Still goes in and out at times. The battery is nonexistent. I need to keep it charging almost the entire time the computer is on. When I plug in the cable, it has to be manipulated to work. Don't buy a refurbished laptop from Providence Coputers.

Son purchased a new gaming computer for Xmas. Had problems booting it up. Tech from providence came out to my house and showed my son how to do it. Matt came with spare parts and was instructional. Great experience!

Amazing place to have a computer repaired or built. I came with a bunch of parts for my gaming pc and a employee by the name of Han had the same passion for the hardware as I did as well as the other employees, and really took the initiative to help me overcome some hardware issues when constructing my dream PC giving me constant updates and recommendations to make it just work. I was shocked at how clean and aesthetically pleasing my computer was and looked! Later I realized that some of the fans I bought didn't have dual lighting (lighting on both sides of the fan) and when I opened the pc to replace the fans I was amazed at how easy and well organized the cable management was and made my changes easy and fun! Providence Computers is my #1 choice and recommendation for a local computer shop for Chesapeake and the surrounding areas! Definitely will come here for the foreseeable future.
