Geek Squad

Had an radio/backup camera installation appointment at 10:00 on a Sunday, dude showed up, didn’t open the door. We show up at 11:00 when the store opens, person says he opened the door at ten, when really he didn’t because we left at 10:03 since NO ONE SHOWED UP. General manager didn’t help either. HOWEVER, overall the experience went well in the end and I’m super happy with my installation! The time was the only flaw, but I’m happy with how it turned out…but respectfully, I’d never come to this geek squad again.

Available for Apple phone screen repair… I set an appointment.. showed up 20 minutes early.. just for them to tell me they don’t have my phone screen in stock. Seems like they didn’t really want to fix my phone. I asked the associate why would they accept my appointment if they didn’t have the screen. He says.. “apple sends everyone here” If that’s the case why wouldn’t they have the screens in stock?

I bought all of my business computers at Best Buy, I called to place an order with Geek Squad since one wasn't working correctly, they gave me an appointment time but no one showed up. I called to ask what happened and they couldn't find my order and said they can't get anyone out here for another two weeks. This place is a joke!!!

Geek Squad is always hit or miss depending on who you talk too. Most people are knowledgeable and know what they are talking about and then there are others who have no clue what is going on and know nothing about what they are doing but talk like they do anyway. Overall Geek Squad is excellent and is strongly recommended.
