I recently hired Top Notch for a complete new computer build, migration, intallation, and remote servicing and I could not be happier. From start to finish their professionalism, expertise and attention to detail were exceptional. What impressed me most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They answered all my questions, offered advice for maintaining my computer and followed up after installation to insure everything was running smoothly. I recently had the pleasure of working with them on two separate issues, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. First, I needed to transfer everything from our very ancient family PC to a new unit without losing. Top Notch made sure I understood what was happening, and took care of the transfer flawlessly. After updating windows, my laptop stopped working insanely. It took me 20 minutes to get to the home screen, only for it to not work! After desperately looking for a tech services that could provide me with useful information - especially since I had the first day of grad school the next day. Jeremy from the front desk was nice, super helpful, and knowledgeable. He provided me useful tips, information, and double checked with engineers if the solution he gave me could solve the issue I had. And those worked. I am so thankful for the amount of relief I got from this company and how knowledgeable they are. Definitely recommend, 10/10

As always my experience was great ! I have been bringing my laptops to Top Notch for quite a few years . The time before last , I needed a new laptop . Top Notch went out of their way to find me just the right one for me . Chris was the tech who helped me the last 2 times I needed their help . He was very polite & very patient with this grandma in her 70's ( as all the techs are every time, as well as professional ) & thoroughly explains everything , I truly find Top Notch's service invaluable .
