I highly recommend these guys. I had a laptop with failed key that I tried to repair myself, but couldn't get the key cap back on correctly. Two of them wrestled with it for 15 minutes and finally succeeded, getting me back to former status anyway. Didn't charge anything. I'll be using their services in the future.

I had an issue with my main home gaming and server PC. After spending a few days troubleshooting and buying parts to figure it out I finally decided to get a professional opinion. I took it in today and heard back them TODAY, picked up my LARGE computer TODAY, and found all the parts wrapped in anti static bags neatly packaged to make my time easier when I finally order the part to replace the broken one. I'm honestly blown away with not only how quick but how thourough their service was. I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thanks you Bob and Philip!

Hah! What a terrible first customer experience on the phone with PJ Networks. I need my laptop battery replaced (I have the replacement battery) and I just spoke to Brendan on the phone who should NOT be answering your phones given his lack of customer service skills...I was quoted $100 + priority fee of $35 (despite me telling them I was entirely flexible and not in a rush to get this done immediately)...that it would take an entire day of them having my laptop (which I use for work and is my exclusive computer) to swap out the battery for the replacement. I will NOT be contacting you all and will be finding someone else to replace my laptop battery...what off-putting customer service. Will not be recommending.
