Work service department I have ever dealt with. Dropped my computer of with a 2 to 3 day estimate on repairs. After calling e times within the week of it being there, I spoke with agents that were not only not in the store, probably in another country. They said it was ready for repair. It was not ready for repair when I arrived at the store it was not even a work order for it there. I was then told it would be another 2 to e days. That is u acceptable for a service that was started a week ago. I was promised by the manager that I would hear so.ethung the next dsy and yet again no call on the status. Looks like I will have to drive another 45 minutes to check and see. They were told that this computer was a work co.puter with a payroll program. So in other my employees have also been waiting in this time to get their paycheck. I doubt that any employee in Best Buy would be OK with not getting the money they worked for.

Came out here for a free appointment to see what was wrong with my pc. They wouldn't even look at it after I was told they would. Said they would charge me 100 to diagnostic it. Won't be going out there again would not recommend.

Asus laptop is falling apart after less than a year under full factory warranty and they still wanted to charge me $80 and take two weeks to fix the laptop plus another $100 for a "fan test" I know my fans work. I need my laptop work school and work and don't have the time to deal with the theft squad. Would recommend them or any Asus laptops

David @ Geek Squad Charlottesville was very helpful when I brought my broken laptop into repair. I'm not sure what he did but the laptop, which wouldn't let me log in, started working within minutes. I strongly recommend a maintenance plan with Geek Squad, the yearly membership is well worth the money. Thanks David!

Absolutely horrible experience. Turned my AirPods into fix a connectivity issue. Was told the turnaround would be 1 week and would be sent directly to my residence. After 2 weeks, was placed on Geek Squad's call queue to get an update, but received no call after 24 hours. Instead, went to the store and was given the same original story of the item shipping to my house and Geek Squad couldn't do anything. Call Apple to check the issue, they say that Geek Squad has the product shipping to the original Best Buy, meaning Apple can't access the work order. Call Geek Squad's main helpline and they confirm what Apple said. They claim the item is on backorder and can't be sent to me, but the Best Buy website allows for the item to be picked up the next day in store. Absolute joke and run-around for a simple repair.
