UPDATE: Wow. Their response admits they broke the phone and tried to get me to pay to fix their mistake. This is a clear pattern. I urge everyone to look at Fixed Fruit's responses to the reviews. In each case, they twist the facts to place blame on the customer. This is an untrustworthy business that is unwilling to stand behind their work. Strong recommendation to avoid! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I visited Fixed Fruit for a simple battery replacement on my iPhone, but the experience left a lot to be desired. During the repair, the technician damaged my phone’s screen. Although they admitted responsibility, they still tried to charge me for a new screen instead of fixing their mistake at no cost. While the staff were not rude, their unwillingness to correct an error they caused raises concerns about the ethics of this business. If you’re looking for a repair shop that you can trust, look elsewhere

Took our ipad pro to get charging port fixed and the on/off button fixed. Preston cleaned both areas in less than 5 minutes and had it charging again. Would highly recommend and will come back again if needed.
