This little shop and Ali - the boss man - is a great little find. I am so happy to have found a reliable place. Communication was excellent and the repair was super quick. I also appreciated the conversation, recommendations and informal info session as I'm sure he was busy. I will be telling all my friends and taking any broken phone back. So thankful to have an alternative to the Apple Store!

If I could give more stars I would! I have never come across a repair service that cares as much about their customers as they do here. Got my iPad screen & husband’s phone fixed here (his didn’t even appear to be working anymore!) & they were good as new the same day. Communication is on point with timely updates on your device & the prices are the best. Seriously, you don’t need to look any further for tech support; this is it!!! (Side note, some will always find something to complain about -_-) HAPPY CUSTOMER :)

I would like to give a heartfelt five-star review to the owner Ali. My daughter, who was visiting us, needed to return to college the next day. Unfortunately, her phone got water damaged today and kept shutting down on its own. Since some of her homework requires multi-factor authentication (MFA), having a working phone was essential. I contacted several repair stores, but they all needed 24 to 72 hours to fix it. Then, I found Alibaba Cell Repair, and Ali worked on it. He stayed past their 8 PM closing time, working on the phone until nearly 10 PM, without charging any extra fees for expedited service. It’s rare to find a business this honest and dedicated. I highly recommend Alibaba Cell Repair for anyone in need of reliable service.

This place makes the Apple Store seem like child’s play. I brought my phone thinking it was unrepairable with a fully cracked front screen and back. It wasn't aligned either. Within a day, it looked like a brand new phone without having to shell out $1000+ at an Apple Store to get replaced. Phenomenal service and store. Highly recommend.

Just got our IPhone 15 Pro repaired. The phone was dropped. The screen went completely black but you could tell the phone was still running in the background. Alibaba initially did a diagnostic check and then repaired the screen. They don't play games. No hidden fees & fixed the phone really quickly. Totally earned my trust. If any phone issues in the future, Alibaba will be the first and only place I'll go to!
