I recently purchased a receiver for my home stereo system from Audiotronics. My equipment was mostly 1970s. I had several questions given my requirements with a multitude of sound sources and being a bassist to play with the music. Scott is a great listener. They didn't have in stock what he recommended, but ordered it for me at a price he claimed was on sale - $100 off. I anticipated I could find it cheaper online but I like doing business with local stores when possible. When I checked online, I could not find a source that was as cheap as the price Scott quoted. They were all $100 more! The receiver is spot-on what I wanted at a great price! I will be back. Cheers!

I reviewed Audiotronics after 9 months of waiting for alarm service and functional cameras. I was immediately contacted after the 1 star review and promised full resolution of the issues. Fast forward to today, I am STILL waiting on resolution after an additional 15 months after those promises, and over 2 full years in total of pleading for them to correct the mistakes, and provide what was paid for. As a business owner myself, I don’t take pleasure in disparaging another small business, but the lack of communication is wholly lacking. It takes multiple emails, over multiple months to get a response. After begging (again) to get a plan in place for the remaining work and functional cameras I was finally offered to replace the cameras with even more expensive ones, with credit for the ones I’ve already paid for. Despite feeling a little frustrated that the resolution involved an upsell, I agreed, only to discover major discrepancies on my past invoices, including missing payments, and equipment listed that was never installed. Since pointing these discrepancies out it’s been radio silence, which feels very scammy. After yet another month of emailing repeatedly without response, I’ve now requested the entirety of my system to be removed and refunded. My patience has run out, and the issues with communication seem to run from the top down, only responding when the issues make it to a public review. I highly suggest taking your home security, home audio, and home automation needs elsewhere. After interacting with multiple members of their staff, I can honestly say the only interaction I’ve had that’s been positive has been with their installer, Zach. Unfortunately, their sales team and the service provided has been an absolutely exhausting process to nowhere— 2 years of wasted time, and over $6,000 dollars of wasted money on a non functioning system. I don’t think this situation is intentional, and they have been apologetic, which is why I’ve tried to be patient, but after this long, it’s really hard to keep making excuses for the lack of initiative to get this resolved.

Audiotronics has always been known as the go to place for car audio systems for as long as I’ve lived in the Roanoke area. I’ve never used their services before until recently for a car audio upgrade. To be completely honest, the product/service received at first was less than desired. However, the Sales Manager and technician that worked on my car were extremely polite and understanding. After listening to the issue and making some adjustments, I couldn’t be any happier with the sound system. It’s hard to find a company that will admit to missing the mark but will do whatever it takes to make it right. They did and for that, I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else. I love the new sound system in my car. Thanks Audiotronics!

After a reference from a friend that's also a local builder; we contacted Audiotronics for our needs. First we purchased and had them install a Sony TV. Additionally we purchased lighting and had them install this as well. And since they have knowledge of other electronics for the home; we were able to create an additional switch for our outside lights using a remote switch (very cool if you haven't heard about this either). Anyway, they were fairly priced, competent, professional and just plain nice. :) I'm thinking we'll end up adding a sound system in the future as well. Thanks Matt & company.
