I have to say I am leaving this review in an under caffeinated state. The customer service and unprofessionalism I received today was very lackluster. The First Gentleman I asked for help was super rude. I was there just to do an online order pickup and the employees there were rude and unhelpful. I finally was able to pick up my package and even the girl helping me looked a tad bid annoyed and bothered. Last time I will be shopping here. The store was very dirty too.

Once I selected the office chair I wanted, the associate was very helpful and retrieving the product and bringing it to the front of store. He was extremely courteous and helpful. I have been shopping at the Staples for a number of years and will continue being a loyal customer as long as they remain in the Springfield area.

Ordered photo paper and scotch tape from Staples.com when items weren't available in the brick and mortar store. Delivered to my door in 2 days! will definitely use this again.

buyers beware I went to this store. I bought some ink cartridges. I put the ink cartridge into my printer and my printer said error. I looked at the cartridge and it was one number off so I took the $50 in cartridge back to Staples and said this is the wrong ink cartridge. Can I exchange it, the manager told me sorry no we can exchange it because how we gonna resell it Little does he know that I’ve worked retail before and yes, you can exchange it because you’re gonna get credit from the company that sold that product I guess now am out 50 bucks because I’ve made a mistake so don’t go to the store thinking you can return it it something because if you opened it up, how are they gonna resell it? And the sad part was the manager had no idea he had to ask an employee with no staples shirt on and stains on he shirt what he would do. And I am thinking why is the MANAGER asking someone who does not even work for staples

I had a relatively large item to pick up (an office chair), it was already sitting on a dolly by the front door when I arrived, the whole process literally took 2 minutes. Thank you, I highly recommend this location.
