Capable Computers LLC

My first experience with Dale at Capable Computers was awesome. I have a self-built custom rig that I am normally comfortable troubleshooting myself, but I had an issue of which I wasn't totally sure of the severity. Because I was in the midst of a time-sensitive project, I needed to find a place that could get me back up and running in a reasonable amount of time. I stumbled across Capable Computers on Google and saw all the great reviews, and that was enough for me. The fact that he is open as early as 8 a.m. was a huge plus. Dale was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and very accommodating with my concerns. I dropped off my rig and he had it back to me that same afternoon. The price for the work I had done was also completely fair and reasonable. Would 100% recommend Capable Computers to anyone, and will certainly be returning myself should the need arise!

I contacted Dale about a new PC. From the beginning, he explained everything in a clear manner and gave me several options. When I finally made a decision, he provided locations with the best prices. While building my machine, he found a part which had defects. He met me at a local store on his own time to replace the part. There was excellent service and communication throughout the entire process. I will be using and recommending Capable Computers as long as I live in the area!

I recently required the services of a computer person to set up my laptop. I had previously used Capable Computers' Dale Hamilton on another issue and was very pleased with his work. Dale is a full service technician who can help you either by telephone, doing a service call, or depending upon the situation, working remotely. In this instance I needed Dale to come out to my home which he did and accomplished all that had to be done in a timely manner plus gave me a tutorial on a couple of my devices! I wholeheartedly recommend him to one and all!!

5.0 star rating 10/14/2016 When I started having problems with my laptop I asked my neighbors if they had any experience with a computer repair service. They had both used the same company, so I decided to try it. Unfortunately, I didn't have the positive experience my neighbors did so I started a search on Yelp for other companies. I noticed that all of the reviews for Capable Computers were excellent, so I called Mr. Hamilton and explained my situation. During the phone call, Mr.Hamilton discussed various options on how to deal with my problem. He was very easy to understand, sounded pleasant and knowledgeable so I had him come over to work on the laptop. When he arrived, he immediately started working on the laptop and answered various questions I had while he was working. Since he fixed the laptop in a relatively short time, I indicated that I had problems with two other laptops as well. After I explained those problems, he said he would take them with him and fix them at home. A couple of days later he called and said that both of the laptops were fixed and asked when he could bring them over. Overall, Mr. Hamilton did an excellent job of dealing with all three laptops. I will definitely call him when I experience other computer problems, and I highly recommend him to others.
