WORST REPAIR CENTER EVER I sent my laptop to them and it took them over 2 weeks(could have taken longer) just to even look at my computer. The only reason they even looked at it is bc i called them. Finally they took a look at it and then sent it back into the queue. Another 2 weeks go by and they haven’t done anything to the computer. All they needed to do was wipe my data and if not they just had to replace my hard drive with a new one which was covered under my warranty. They couldn’t even do such a simple menial task clearly these people don’t know how to fix computers. I eventually got fed up and asked for my laptop back. Absolutely worthless repair center your better off fixing it yourself on youtube. Would strongly advise not to send ur laptop here

Unbelievable. I have been without my laptop for 43 days now. Granted, they did return my computer to the bookstore for pickup after fixing the problem I had originally dropped it off for. With that being said, they returned my computer with a NEW problem which they had done. Of course, I was quite frustrated after waiting 2 and a half weeks for them to even LOOK at my computer, just to find out they would put me at the back of the line when I simply handed my computer back over the counter. Apparently they dont value their customers as i had bought one of the most expensive computers they sold, as well as their warranty. Save yourself the trouble and buy your laptop ANYWHERE BUT THE BOOKSTORE.

Very professional, honest and fast service. Replaced my Mac's screen in 3 days. They only charged me for the diagnostic fee, because they found out that my problem was covered by Apple. Best part was that they kept me informed on the progress of the work every step of the way! Thank you!

When I came to pick up my laptop, it was still in pieces. They make you sign a waiver upon dropping off your device saying that they aren’t responsible for any damages that occur in the shop. Unprofessional and couldn’t even give me a reason why I was better off going to them than an Apple store. Bad at communicating.

They shipped me my laptop in the summer because they couldn't finish it during the spring semester. I dropped it off in January. Extremely difficult to get in contact with. I'll do the repairs myself next time.
