Highly recommend! James was my nerd in shining armor! We had Wi-Fi range issues in our home and my teenaged gamer was frustrated because his bedroom computer set up wasn't getting a good signal. I tried to set up a mesh system myself, but alas I failed. I called NerdsToGo and James was able to come out the same day. He hooked his laptop up to my old Comcast modem, did nerd things, and VOILA! we had success. One hour later he was on his way. I probably could have figured it out myself with a few YouTube videos (doubtful, but I like to practice self-affirmation) but at the end of the day James from NerdsToGo was able to address our WiFi issues quickly and for that I am grateful. So is my kid!

We are a small business in the Richmond area providing custom embroidered and screen printed apparel. We rely heavily on our computers to run our art and digitizing software, so when our main art computer started crashing and shutting down our art programs in mid design work, we started losing lots of time and money having to go back and start from scratch. I reached out to Nerds to Go to see if they could help and within just minutes of me sending an email, I was contacted by James. I explained the importance of this particular computer and that we really couldn't leave it with them for an extended amount of time because it would stall our production. They scheduled us to come in on a day that worked with our schedule and within less than a few minutes were able to tell us what the problem was and presented us with 2 solutions, the first was repairing our current machine so that we can carry on with business as usual for the time being, as well as offering to build us an updated CPU. I never felt pressured into purchasing something I didn't need and felt 100% comfortable and confident that these guys knew what they were doing. They understood the importance of keeping our business running on schedule. They were professional and proficient, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I would highly recommend using Nerds to Go for all of your IT network needs.

My experience with the NerdsToGo team was excellent. They quickly retrieved all of the files, photos, and videos from an older PC that would not boot and helped me get them into the cloud. Now we don't have to worry about those photos. They also upgraded the RAM on my laptop and now that machine works much better, especially on video calls. I fully plan to use them again!
