Scam. Will be reporting. They offered a screen repair with OEM, and then once it's replaced tried to say it's good enough. I paid $200 before for battery and screen replacement, but now I only get the screen and the edges don't work?

Deceptive business practice. This is the kiosk on the first floor of the mall. Was told a price to fix "the entire thing" (both front and back of my phone were cracked). When i went to pick it up only the front was fixed and i was told i needed to pay the full amount. Spoke with the manager, who told me they would undo the process and put my old screen on if i paid a service fee. These people are scammers and liars

Instyle Fix's service left much to be desired, and I would suggest considering other options for phone repairs. A nearby ifixit could be a viable alternative. My experience involved a screen replacement for my iPhone, which unfortunately malfunctioned within two weeks. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to Instyle Fix, both through calls and emails, my concerns were not addressed. This led me to file a dispute with my credit card company. In response, Instyle Fix chose to pursue an arbitration claim instead of engaging with me to resolve the issue. This situation forced me to purchase a new device, which was an unexpected and frustrating outcome. I would advise EXTREME caution if you're considering using their services. I personally would not trust them to be within 100 ft of my device ever again.

Would not recommend this place for an iPhone screen issue. My iPhone screen wasn’t working even though the phone was and they told me they could fix it. Upon getting my phone back, I noticed the touch screen wasn’t working the way it should so brought it back in the next day. The guy replaced the screen with another one but it didn’t fix the issue. When I asked for a refund, I was told no. I paid $130 for a new screen that didn’t work.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! i bought a charging block from here, for 10 dollars, and he gave it to me. After i bought it, i realized it was the most disgusting thing i have ever seen. i was dirty and crummy. Me and my friend went back to the store to get a refund. when we tried, he said i couldn’t because i got it with a card. then, he got a dirty look, so he did it anyway, even though he said he couldn’t in the first place. Then, later my other friend bought a charging cord. she bought it for 15 dollars. and when my other friends came back to but a charging cord too, he charged them 20 dollars. i had such a bad experience here.
