I never write reviews but these people deserve it they fixed my phone so quick and for such a good price. I had been with a broken phone for more than months now and I didn’t wanna get it fixed because I didn’t wanna spend so much money but then I eventually decided to go here because the reviews of it was really good so I highly recommend.

I recently took my phone to micro solutions to get the screen repaired. I was already a little nervous since it was my first time at this particular shop, but I’d heard decent things online, so I figured I’d give it a try. Big mistake. When I walked in, the front desk person name (maleney) barely looked up from her phone. After waiting for a few minutes, I finally said, "Hi, I need to get my phone screen repaired." She didn’t even acknowledge me at first, then just waved toward a counter without saying a word. I stood there for a while, not sure if I was supposed to leave the phone or wait for more instructions. Eventually, she told me it’d take 2 hours. No problem, I thought. But she didn’t offer any paperwork, explanation, or even ask for my contact information in case there was an issue. I sat there waiting, but no one ever checked in or gave me updates. About an hour in, I walked up to ask if they were almost done, and she just stared at me blankly for a second before saying, “It’s still being worked on.” By the time 3 hours had passed, I had to ask her AGAIN what was going on. She sighed loudly and told me, "You’ll get a call when it’s done," with an eye roll. No apology for the delay, no explanation. Finally, after FOUR HOURS of waiting, I was handed my phone. But when I inspected it, I found the screen wasn’t aligned correctly, and there were visible scratches around the edges. I brought it to her attention, and her response was, “That’s the best we can do, sorry.” She didn’t even offer to fix it or discuss a solution. I asked if I could speak with a manager, and she pointed to a back room, saying, "He’s busy, come back later." I was fed up at that point and asked for a refund. She told me that was against policy, and they only do repairs, not refunds. No effort to resolve the issue, no customer service whatsoever. It was an awful experience from start to finish. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated, and honestly, I’ll never come back to [Shop Name]. If you value your time and your phone, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place is a disaster

I had my iPhone screen replaced here, and I wish I had never gone. They initially said it would take 20 minutes, but it ended up taking 45, which should have been a red flag. Later that same day, my phone started "ghost tapping"—apps were randomly opening, the phone was unlocking on its own, and it was completely unusable. I called Apple the next morning, and they offered me an appointment for the following day. However, by then, my phone was constantly making random calls and opening apps, and I noticed a crack forming in the corner even though I hadn’t dropped it. I couldn’t wait any longer, so I went back to the store. Despite showing them screen recordings of the ghost tapping from the day of the “repair” and explaining that I brought it back the very next day, they refused to honor their warranty because of the crack. They tried to offer me a discount on another screen replacement, but after this experience, no thanks. I would’ve rather kept my original, scratched-up screen than deal with this mess. Absolutely do NOT recommend!

the employee is dismissive, unhelpful, and doesn’t make any effort to answer questions or provide clear information. The lack of professionalism and care makes the experience unpleasant for the customer. Front desk lady was awfully ignorant person you could ever met

I really liked the customer service and it’s affordable compare to other places, I highly recommend. You can walk in, without any appointment, which is really nice.
