I could not recommend or be more thrilled with the service here! They handled the issue immediately, were in constant contact, and ensured I got the best possible service. In particular, I had a wonderful experience with Camila. She knew I had a tight deadline to return the phone, and she worked with me over a holiday weekend to make sure it was met. I really appreciated their help, coordination, and resolve of the issue - truly would not have been able to return my phone in time to my provider without their immediate action and help. I plan on going back for any tech need, and I could not recommend this place enough.

My toddler decided my phone needed a bath, completely destroying the backplane and getting water into the case. The phone no longer turned on at all, even after letting it dry. As I hadn’t backed it up in a while I was devastated at losing so many pictures and videos. But the folks at iTouch repair revived my phone, ran a backup and saved the day. These folks are amazing.

I was shocked that I was able to get my phone fixed even an hour before they actually close their business. Very nice polite man help me fix my phone and offered a screen protector so I definitely will be keeping them in mind just in case any devices in my home have any problems. I’m so grateful that he was able to fix the same day and everything was done and less than an hour and a very affordable price Apple. So I’m happy that I was able to get my iPhone 12 Pro fixed and it’s working better than ever. If you’re looking For a place to fix your device and not sure come To this establishment, they will make sure that your device is fixed and you’re happy. Definitely recommend.

My experience here was genuinely exceptional! The staff were friendly, fixed my phone way faster than I anticipated and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend and will go back again if I have another issue :)

If I could give this service 6 stars I would. Great communication, great pricing, and even got my iPhone (that hasn’t worked in years) to finally turn on again. Wonderful service. Definitely recommend.
