I approached the official store expecting to receive exceptional service looking for a simple repair having a scheduled appointment but no one works in this place if I were their boss they would already be fired they should simply look for new staff many people free doing nothing and many customers waiting to be served Apple has terrible customer service you pay these people to do nothing and not serve customers Apple remember that you are the greatest company of the moment thanks to the customers who buy your products if we all stopped buying your products remember you would be nobody again a very popular phrase at my job is the customer is 100% right the customer pays our salaries please take action on the matter with all the group of lazy people that you have as employees

Osman at the Apple Store is exceptional! His product knowledge and patience made my shopping experience seamless. He took the time to understand my needs and provided personalized solutions. Osman's enthusiasm and kindness truly represent the Apple brand. Highly recommend!

I didn't get his name but the young Asian gentleman that was taking care of online orders on December 21st was absolutely awesome. He was friendly and eager to converse with me as well as provide recommendations regarding the product I was picking up. He went above and beyond and I'm very happy to have had this experience. He deserves a raise!!

While I did get my phone fixed here, there is a certain lack of adaptable organization here. The Apple employees all have hand held devices but the extent of what they do is point you to one of several waiting areas. Next, someone magically shows up to talk to you, ask you to sign a release and takes your Apple product to the back and gives you a time to return to the store. I did return as directed and then had to wait another 45 minutes before I received my phone. My advice is to make sure that the first person you talk to in this store actually enters the information correctly. I did get a number of apologies from several very nice employees but there is not anyone in the store that is in charge of expediting. It’s all left to the computers; if something unexpected happens, AI cannot adapt and the customer has to endure it.

I’m giving this location 5 stars simply because Mike saved the day!!! After speaking with the first rep I was placed on the list to see a technician for my problem. I came back directly at my scheduled appointment after grabbing food, putting more money on the meter, and walking back and my very long and unnecessary wait. I inquired about my scheduled appointment with Mike and he immediately checked in, asked questions and began assisting me. He not only helped me and fixed the issue that I was having with my device but also gave me some useful information for my future visits. This could have been done the first time that I walked in but I’m not going to vent about how my time was waisted because it’s over now but I just had to say thank you to Mike for having the skills to actually assist the guests and being a great listener. I will visit again and hope that there are more staff members there that are equipped with the skills in providing great customer services as he displayed today! I will be asking for Mike first though!!!! Great job Mike!!! You truly made my day❤️
