Terrible service. Very shady. Not helpful. Mark started yelling at me and hung up on me after he said “THIS IS NOT MARK PROBLEM, THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM” when I called talking to him very politely to correct a mistake he made on my file. DO NOT RECOMMEND! My family and I have used his services for a few years and there’s an issue EVERY year. We kept coming back for the convenience but we will make sure this is the last time we come back. The terrible service, inaccuracy and carelessness is not what you need when doing your TAXES! Would love to know how to report this place to the IRS!

This tax service is by far the best in the DMV areas. Mark has an in-depth knowledge about tax and related accounting works. He is so professional and responsible. During my visit, I always get utmost respect and they are good at customer service besides their good jobs on my tax return. If you want to get respected by the IRS, this guy is the solution. Thank you Mark and keep up your good work.

Customer service is awsome. Mr. Mark is very helpful with my Tax preparation. He make sure he did the right thing. Not only for quick money like other tax preparer, his office is open year round. If client have problem or question about tax he is always their to help.I have been client for over 8 years. They also have UPS pick up site they make sure the client have their ID to pick their package. Best place for the community.

Unprofessional, rude, data integrity It worries me about the data integrity. It goes about four different people. And there’s no privacy. Mark is so rude and unprofessional. He yells and screams at the clients. You have to wait at least two hours to get your turn and wait for three different people to see. Which would take another hr or more. And they don’t even give you the anytime to explain or tell them what you need. Stay away from that place. I have also heard they were audited and and might end up get a letter from IRS ( as some of the people did).
