This is a residential basement business but wants to act as brick& mortar and charge accordingly! I found this establishment on YELP, took my computer there , very well received at the beginning and spite the fact that I told him quote me a price before you start the repairs, he did it his way. Quoted me a very high price and of course when you pass due to the fact that repairs costs more than a new computer he hits you with a diagnostic fee steeper than Center or similar shops. I found out the this establishment has quiet a few policies that not mentioned anywhere and or not communicated to clients in advance! This was my two pennies, Good Luck All*

Everything was great! I went to get my gaming pc installed and they made sure to make the process as swift and easy as possible while also explaining the step by step procedure. Overall, everything was amazing and at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

My experience was very positive and I am very satisfied with the job Computer Fix Plus made for my PC. I came for a esthetical fix to my laptop, which had the cover that protects the screen damaged and about to fall out. They were very diligent, not just going up and beyond to make sure everything was fine, but to give me a fair price. Before coming to Computer Fix plus, I took the pc for other quotes to three different places, and they lied to me not just on the severity of the fix, which was going to cost me more than 500, but also with their policies and diagnostic cost. Computer Fix Plus diligently inspected the pc and gave me an honest diagnose of what needed to be done, reasonable pricing, and kept me updated throughout the whole experience, right now there is a shortage of parts, and it was my laptop's case, so it took 2 weeks. They requested the missing part with their supplier, and make sure I was fully satisfied with the fix. It is a business of hard working and honest people, and your pc or laptop could not be in better hands!✋️ I appreciate the services.
