Did a drop off and data transfer with a 24hr turnaround. Only issue is to be clearer on the steps required after the transfer in regards to a temp screen. Had I known it would be another hour I would have likely came in for tha data transfer earlier vice pushing it against the closing time. All in all the service was good and I do think you may want to have 2 reps managing the front to ease the load and align customer expectations. I would come back to this site. Appreciate the turnaround.

Claudia took care of me and was really nice, I liked that she remembered me. I didn't love the screen protector they offered so I'll just go another time without one 🤣😂 Hopefully I won't need to come back, but glad it's convenient if I need to

I spoke with Brandon this morning. I am not cell phone savvy along with my eyesight is not what it use to be. He was kind and took those things into consideration while providing me wonderful customer service & friendly communication. I was able to get my phone repaired and feel good when I left. I have recommended this store to all my friends and family in the area.

This place is absolutely awful! DO NOT waste your time coming here – go to the Falls Church location instead. I came in after filing a claim online through my cell phone insurance, and received a text and email saying I could walk in anytime for the repair. When I arrived, the older foreign man working there (with white hair) didn’t see my name on the screen and insisted I had to call Verizon again to file a claim. Despite my husband and I repeatedly explaining that we had already done that, he kept telling us we hadn’t because our names didn’t show up on his screen. He made us feel like complete idiots, treating us as if we didn’t know what we were talking about. I asked if there was any way he could search for the claim in the system manually, and after fumbling around for a while, he finally went to "Point of Sales" and searched for us there – which, of course, yielded nothing because we hadn’t completed a sale with them! At that point, he got rude, dismissive, and still didn’t know how to use his own system. Clearly, he was completely incompetent. After wasting our time there, we went to the Falls Church location where a young man was actually competent and helpful. He pulled up our claim in seconds and even mentioned that the Alexandria location is not part of their franchise and that they get a lot of complaints from people who end up leaving there and going to Falls Church. It's no surprise – the Alexandria location is an absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and save the frustration – go to the Falls Church location!

Came in today to get my phone repaired. Chelsie was very wonderful and understanding. She even stayed late to ensure my device was working properly. The gentleman up front was also very friendly and nice. He had great customer service
