TopTech Computer Repair

I have been a customer for Elder Geek which now named Top Tech computer repair store for time being. I been going here for couple year for HP laptop repairs. Craig and Derek have been wonderful staffs and carefully diagnose and repair in the process. However, sometime a repair process may take longer depending how severe the issues with the damages. I been grateful for them and it best place for any computer repairs. Also I have notice that they do repair PC laptops, Apple laptops, Xbox consoles, any computer monitors and many different sort of hardware's for repair. Awhile ago, I had a old hard drive that failed with the HP laptop and replaced with Solid state drive which is much better. Other repair was replacement with the keyboard pad and hinges with laptop cover recently. I am so much happy with their supports and helpful advices when it come to stressful time with broken laptop parts. TopTech is the place you want to go for any repair, easy or difficult, they know how to diagnose broken computer or laptop hardware. They are locate on 2nd floor at Marcel Center, as you go in the middle of the shopping center, you'll see the door down the hall, that go to the stair to 2nd floor, it be on your left down the hall, that where the repair shop. Once again, Thank you to Craig and Derek for their efforts to repair the laptop!

I had a problem with my laptop's battery and fans. The issue turned out to require a lot of detective work by Derek and replacing some stuff that was very complex (I'd previously gone to another place that said the fan problem was unfixable and charged me a lot just to say that). They worked with my schedule (I needed it part of the day so not using it overnight) and were very good at communicating things. Top Tech is now my go-to computer repair place for any issues.

This is definitely my go-to repair shop and has been for many years. Whwnever I needed some tyle of repair for my various laptop computers, whether it be hardware or software like the operating system, I have always brought it to this place because they can be trusted. Most of the time I have dealt with Alex and he has always been more than fair with me. Sometimes i ha e received help from this other geeky guy in the office, and he seems somewhat knowledgeable as well. Alex however is definitely at the top of his game. Even when I was out of the country, I shipped my computer to Alex because my computer is important to me, and these are the guys I trust. Most recently I needed to have my laptop battery replaced because it was expanding and breaking open the surrounding case. I wasn't sure if the case itself could be saved but fortunately Alex fixed the laptop perfectly.

Repaired my laptop. Another issue came up with the laptop and I have called him every day for the past week and when I talk to him about the issue, he says the part in on order and he will call me back with an update the same day but fails to do so. Customer service is not one of their strong suits. Let's see if they call me back after this review. I suspect not.

They really knew what they were talking about and worked hard to make sure my laptop was fully repaired and in good condition. I brought the laptop in with two issues, and in addition to carefully diagnosing and addressing each issue, they also uncovered a third potential issue and took some measures to help with that. There was a frustrating hiccup that delayed the repair a little over a week, but it was not their fault at all, and they worked to adapt to and address that obstacle as quickly as possible. And the price was incredibly reasonable too. After my experience, I trust these guys' expertise and I trust them to take proper care of the equipment their customers bring in. Would definitely recommend and would go back if a future computer problem pops up.
